Hi I'm Cynthia Murphy from California and I've been a breeder of Yorkshire Terriers with love for 15 years.

In 2020, I fell in love with the Parti variety of these adorable dogs, and The Victory Parti was born. 

With limited puppies available each year, The Victory Parti treats our litters like family. They socialize with our other Yorkies and love their human "pets" 

Puppies are available for pick up in Visalia, California. 

We never ship dogs.  If using a pet nanny, we must be able to verify the nanny's information before releasing your pet to be taken to you.
